Warranties We Offer
Greenvoy Energy is committed to maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of your PV and Battery system installation. That’s why we exclusively use premium products and deliver exceptional workmanship. We proudly stand behind the quality of both our products and our installation services. Outlined below is our warranty policy, which details your rights as a consumer.
Workmanship Guarantee:
Greenvoy Energy offers a 10-year workmanship warranty, which applies to all customers for whom we have installed PV systems, replaced inverters, or carried out repairs on existing systems originally installed by us. This warranty covers the quality of our workmanship as well as the operation and performance of the system.
Product Warranty:
Greenvoy Energy is committed to quality, which is why we exclusively use premium brands of solar panels, inverters, batteries, EV charger and installation equipment across our product range. In the event that a product does not meet performance or durability standards, is faulty, or otherwise fails, the warranty claim must be processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specified procedures.
Transferability:
This warranty is transferable from the original purchaser of the solar system to any future owner of the property where the system has been installed.
Repairs or Replacements:
Greenvoy Energy commits to carrying out repairs and/or replacements within a reasonable timeframe of 7 days from the date a claim is lodged with Greenvoy Energy Administration by the customer.
Effectiveness:
This warranty becomes effective only once all outstanding payments related to the solar system have been received, and ownership of the system has transferred to you.
The warranty will become void under the following circumstances:
• If any individual other than a Greenvoy Energy installer or an authorised representative carries out work on the solar system, including repairs or modifications; or
• If you fail to follow Greenvoy Energy’s reasonable instructions—whether provided in writing or verbally—regarding the proper operation and maintenance of the system.
Exclusions this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover the following:
• Issues related to your existing electrical infrastructure, including wiring or fuse box;
• Any malicious damage or misuse.
• Damage caused by vermin, animals, or pests.
• Damage resulting from events beyond human control, such as power surges, incorrect
voltage, accidents, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
• Any damage to your property resulting from the failure or malfunction of the solar system.
• Alterations made to your property that are a necessary part of providing the installation services.
• Any damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or could not have been expected to result from:
- A failure to deliver the installation services in accordance with your agreement with us; and/or
- A failure of the installation services to meet any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer law.
